Response to Andy.

I agree with the excellent comments from Andy - his missive covers the points I was planning to raise - good work by our RMO, saved me a lot of typing.....

To add my comment to Andy's on the Burgess Ambassador: as Carmarthen is now the main campus (with the Finance Office etc. transferred) I have a belief that the aim is to focus Lampeter and it's buildings as a conference centre. I have no strong objections to this, but I don't wish to contribute to a business venture. I would rather support Bob's initiative and any other academic/student related opportunities to aid Coll. I also remember the last time money was spent setting up a "sculpture" and "water feature" outside LTH to "improve" Coll - I last saw it dumped underneath one of the Terrapins and the grass reinstated ....

I do support Andy's idea of the College giving us a presentation of the plan and giving the proposal a fair hearing so we can make an informed response.
